Initial Comments:Based on the findings of an onsite unannounced Medicare Recertification and State Licensure Survey conducted 1/22/2024 through 1/26/2024, Family Hospice was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418.113, Subpart D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care - Emergency Preparedness.
